Our Projects

Pre-School Initiative

Education begins the moment the child is brought home from hospital and continues on when the child starts to attend playground and kindergartens. The learning process of humans continues for the rest of their lives but not at the intensity that is demonstrated in the preschool years.

Early childhood is a crucial stage in terms of a child’s physical, emotional, intellectual and social development.

Growth of mental and physical abilities progress at an outstanding rate and a very high proportion of learning take place from birth to age six.

With this in mind, babies and toddlers need positive early learning experiences to help their intellectual, social and emotional development thereby laying a good foundation for future success.

Adult Education Initiative

Adult Education may be defined as the process whereby adults engage in systematic and sustained learning activities in order to gain new forms of knowledge, skills, attitudes or values.

Adult literacy may also be said to be the ability to read, write, compute and use technology at a level that enables an individual to reach his or her full potential as a parent, employee, community member and even a successful farmer.

People who are illiterate in different respects are at a disadvantage in getting employment or getting loans from bank and financial institutions. For those who are not fortunate to have access to early learning, illiteracy can be an everyday struggle in adulthood.

ICT is fundamental in many ways as it makes learning more interesting, bridges distances and provides access to most human query such as but not limited to; the use of phones, computers, tablets etc for emails, information on jobs and internships, research on almost all topics of human endeavor, creation of

employment opportunities and enhances interaction among peers even over long distances.

It provides huge information on health matters and can also create entertainment and recreation opportunities through music, games and movies.

Youth Sports Initiative

As most of us recognize, education is the key for the world’s long term progress. However, learning should not be left only to the classroom. Currently, children and adolescents have too much leisure time, and some don’t even attend school.

Sports for development programs can become a powerful tool for development and learning. It promotes participation, inclusion, human values, acceptance of rules, discipline, health promotion, non violence, tolerance, gender equality, teamwork, among others.

All of the aforementioned problems are visible in the poor communities of  developing countries. These issues can be dealt with by adopting programs that directly address them as part of their routine.

Youth sport can help them grow toward positive development and good relationship with others.  Sport is a tool that can be utilized to get young people in their communities. Involvement in sport can be related to one having better cognitive functioning as well as higher grades and great scores, satisfaction in school, engagement in school, aspirations for college and lower dropout rates.
